We are preparing ourselves to trainingof 21 municipalities in Torun, a COPERNICUS town, in Poland. Training will involve 21 local authorities of metropolitan area of Torun and Bydgoszcz. We will train spatial planners, in what way, they can share various data resources, like borders of cadastral parcels, contours of buildings, orthophotos, urban and rural development plans, which will be imported and converted to INSPIRE Directive services, or to say it clearly to show all the information layers in one web browser, which will allow to associate these informations in the better way, search through the database and make it all publically available.
All these data will be published PLAN4ALL Geoportal, after necessary data conversions from different formats into WMS standard - resulting from of INSPIRE and OGC standard. We will also test Land-USe databases of EuropeanURban Atlas and some other datasets, within framework of the PLAN4ALL, e-Content EU Programme funded "Network of Best Prectices inInteroperability of Spatial Planning Information in Europe"
