I have found that there is no definition of SPATIAL MONITORING in the Polish Law, to be commonly accepted by everybody. That's why I have decided to start my work on Wikipedia both in Polish and English version - discussing all friends to DEFINE THIS TERM.
Poland doesn't have its NATIONAL GMES IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM APPROVED and the time have come to do this. I will make some post with the links to GMES Land Monitoring, to GEO Group, to FP7 Programs, and to real life examples of Land Monitoring applications and examples.
